PERFECTLY IMPERFECT: It is common for a plant to have a mark, an imperfect leaf, or a little bend. These blemishes are just signs that it's a living thing. Some imperfections are just a natural part of the life cycle.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrived damaged, please follow the steps below to apply for a replacement. Once we have received the requested information, your case will be reviewed.

Within 24 hours of receipt of your package, please email 2 photos of the damaged plant (including the entire plant and all damaged areas), as well as a photo of the shipping box to plantandgrow@planterseden.com. Please include your order number in your email.

We are not responsible for packages returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information.
